Slow cooker pepperoni dip has only 3 ingredients, is super easy, and is a huge crowd pleaser. You won’t be taking any extra home!
Zach and I never entertain and very rarely go to parties, so when we do get the chance, I tend to go a bit overboard with bringing food.
If you happen to be going to a party before the summer ends and you want to make something quick and easy, this is so easy and will be a huge hit. Trust me. I actually got this recipe from a friend when she invited us over for a dinner party at her house. I’ve been obsessed with it ever since then.
Slow Cooker Pepperoni Dip
- 1-2 (8 oz each) packages of cream cheese
- 1 can of Cream of Mushroom soup (if you don’t like mushrooms, you can use any other “Cream of…” soup you like)
- 1 bag of pepperoni
Step 01: Cut your pepperoni into quarters. (Alternatively, you could just use mini pepperonis and do zero cutting.)
Step 02: Put all ingredients in a crock pot.
Step 03: Put the lid on the pot and cook on low for 1-2 hours or on high for 30 minutes to an hour (just cook it until it’s all melty, blended, and warm). If you cook it on high, be sure to check it and stir it every once in a while. While serving, you can leave it in the crock pot set on “warm” or you can put it in a microwaveable container and heat it as you need it.
You can add other ingredients to make this taste more like your favorite pizza (banana peppers, black olives, and mushrooms are my personal favorite). I like the simplicity of it, though, so I just leave it alone.
You can also serve it on basically anything–pretzels, vegetables, crackers, chips, etc.
How much cream cheese you use is up to you. I normally use only one package, but sometimes I’ll add a second. This is just a very versatile recipe, so go wild with it. 😛
Enjoy!
