Who wants something easy? When it comes to cooking, I think we all do every once in a while (or always, actually). Well, that’s what these garlic bread pizzas are–easy!
A few weeks ago, I wasn’t feeling great. So the last thing from my mind was, “What should I cook today?” It was more like, “Why should I get out of bed today?” or “Do I really have to put on pants?”
Sometimes we’re the most creative at our laziest, though…and I came up with these delicious babies.
Garlic Bread Pizza
- 1 box of frozen garlic toast (or homemade, if you want to be difficult about it)
- 1 package of pepperoni
- 1 package of mozzarella cheese
- 1 jar of pizza sauce
Step 01: Preheat your oven to 350 (or whatever the box says). Add your toppings, bake for 20 minutes, and serve!
The great thing about these is not just that they’re easy…but you can personalize each of them. Zach loves ham and pineapple on pizza (because he’s an insane person) and I hate it…obviously. I love tomatoes and mushrooms, which Zach hates. With garlic bread pizzas, we can both get what we want without having to compromise. There are a lot of things in life I am more than happy to compromise on, but pizza isn’t one of them.
What do you make when you don’t feel like cooking?
