Whew, it’s been a busy week. I had a client who needed some work done. It was a job I enjoyed immensely, and I got to work with some really cool people. In an office! As great as it is to get to work at home, with my cats, in my pajamas…I have missed the structure of going into an office each day. As well as the ritual that goes into getting ready and driving in. Something about that helps my brain prepare for Work Mode. Which is something going immediately from my bed to my “desk” area doesn’t provide.
So it’s been a busy week, but it’s also been an enlightening week.
Poor Zach has had it worse, with one conference after another. He spent nearly a week in Chicago, and now a couple days in DC. Things aren’t looking to calm down much for a little while.
Which is why we have meal plans!
