Caramel Pumpkin Milkshake is easy to make and incredibly sweet! Tastes like liquid pumpkin pie!
I have a running list of exciting posts to write for next month. With any luck, I’ll knock some of them out today! 😛
I had something completely different planned for today, but I saw this caramel pumpkin milkshake on Life With the Crust Cut Off and had to try it.
Caramel Pumpkin Milkshake
- 6 scoops of pumpkin pie ice cream
- 3/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 3/4 – 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- whipped cream or graham cracker crumbs, for topping

This is so good. Zach felt it was too sweet (well, you are basically drinking sugar, so…), but I have an enormous sweet tooth so it was pretty much perfect for me. The caramel went really well with pumpkin and I may just start using it as a topping on all of my pumpkin desserts from now on. 😛 It’s a nice change from cinnamon toppings.
If pumpkin pie ice cream isn’t available in your area, you can use vanilla instead.
Have a great weekend!
Do you like ice cream in cold weather or will you take advantage of this before it cools down too much?
