This free printable blog tracker comes in 6 different colors and background designs. Includes social media tracking, post view tracking, top posts, and top referrers.
A couple years back I made a printable blog planner. The year after that, I decided the effort was more than it was worth and I bought a planner.
I don’t know about other bloggers, but what I’ve found is that there are whole sections I simply don’t find useful. They’re neat, but I never use them.
The section that IS useful? The blog/social media tracker. I absolutely LOVE that part. But the information that I thought would be useful in the planner I created turned out not to be…and I was also unable to track things I actually wanted.
Also, since I made that, I’ve created two other blogs. One is just a casual thing that I’m not worried about. But the other needs tracked.
So I’ve decided to recreate my Blogger’s Planner, but I’m releasing it in sections now. And updating the things I don’t like about each section. Starting with the blog tracker!
Free Printable Blog Tracker
As you can see, mine are wrinkled because the cat sat on them. The joy of pets.
The new tracker comes in six different background colors and designs. It allows you to keep track of:
- your social media following
- each months’ posts and number of views for those posts
- your top posts & top referrers
- other important states like unique visitors, hits, visit duration, etc.
The PDFs are set up to easily print double-sided (with the same color on both sides of the page). Or you can manually print it one sided and change the color of each side. You can also just print the whole thing in one color and switch colors whenever you get bored.
Get your free blog trackers here:
Blue || Coral || Green || Grey || Purple || Yellow
Important Notes:
The PDF looks a little weird–you may see weird lines or spaces. But those spaces will not show up in print. (PDF readers are just weird. You’ll notice the oddities change when using a different one.)
This printable was made by me. You may redistribute it and post it on your blog and anywhere else, as long as you give a clear link back to this post. Do not upload the PDF to your server–just link to the ones I have here. You may not sell these or claim them as you own.
Enjoy!
If you have any questions, concerns, or suggestions for what to put in the next blog tracker, leave it in the comments!

This is great! As a new blogger I have been struggling to organize everything. Right now I just have a wall of post it notes. This will definitely be an improvement 🙂 Thanks!
Glad you found it helpful! 🙂
This is really nice. I love things that help me stay organized. I do agree that a lot of the planners have sections that I don’t really use. I am new to blogging so I thought I was doing something wrong. LOL! Thanks for the freebie!
These look great! I also create my own planners, though I haven’t quite released them. I love these pages for tracking things I don’t yet. Thanks for sharing, I just may need to try them out 🙂
Love this design! I’ve seen so many blog trackers but I’ve never found one I really liked. Thank you!
This is a very good idea, Chelsey! I’ve been thinking of keeping track of my blog to see how far I’ve come. Great idea, thank you for sharing!
