Do you hate meal planning? So do we! But we have to help each other out. So to make your lives easier, I teamed up with a bunch of other bloggers to bring a few menu choices to you. Check them out!
We had a fun weekend! Went up to Virginia to see our new nephew! I spent about 3 months knitting him a baby blanket and it was nice to be able to give it to them in person. We also saw our niece and gave her her birthday present early, since we can’t go to her birthday in May (she’ll be 2!).
Now we’re home and exhausted from a 10 hour drive, preparing for about 2 months of constant gogogo. Starting with this week. Lots of cancer conferences for Zach.
These meal plans might actually save me. But hopefully you’ll be able to put them to good use, as well. 😀
Speaking of which, three of us must have been communicating telepathically or something. Because between Amy, Margo, and me, you’re set up for a pretty rockin’ Mexican night. 😛
On to the recipes!

Creating a good and delicious meal is the effort, the creativity of the chef and creating such a dish is not simple. I tried cooking a lot but I still can not succeed. Yesterday, my husband cooked me some dishes made according to your recipe, it is really delicious. Thank you for sharing this.
