Well, this has been an interesting week! My parents came to visit, I had doctor’s appointments and vet appointments. (My cats were very well-behaved.) We fell off the wagon a lot with our diet. But now we’re sick of feeling crappy, so it’s back to it again this week.
We went to a cookout yesterday. We had intended to do the March for Science yesterday, but we ultimately didn’t feel like dealing with crowds. (After seeing the photos, I’m glad we didn’t go.) So cookout it was! The friend who was hosting it introduced me to this neat little device called the Vidalia Chop Wizard (affiliate).
Guys, I’m in love. I hate chopping and dicing and this did it for me in seconds. So I came home and promptly added it to my Amazon wishlist. 😛
