Pickle beef roll ups are incredibly simple and easy to make. They’re light and healthy and can be customized to fit any taste.
I have to be honest. Right now I’m trying to figure out what to say about this. Not because they’re bad (they’re actually REALLY tasty), but because…what do you say about a pickle that’s been rolled up in meat and cream cheese?
I also realize that 90% of you only clicked through to this post to find out whether I’m high or pregnant. (The answer is, “Neither.”) But it’s still worth the click-through!
Let me just explain what goes in this and you can try and imagine all of these flavors hitting your taste buds at once. And then multiply the deliciousness by 100.
Pickle & Beef Roll Ups
- 1 jar of pickle spears
- 1 pound of deli meat (roast beef is my favorite, but others like corned beef)
- 1 package cream cheese (I use the chive and onion flavored one)
Step 01: Roll out your meat, spread some cream cheese on it as good as you can get it. Add a pickle to one end and then roll it up. Done!
I actually discovered these when a couple friends visited in July. It sounded really strange, but was so good. It’s one of my favorite snacks.
So this is one of those things you’ll have to try. If you like meat, pickles, and cream cheese on their own, you will love them together. Just trust me.
